Download FileZilla from filezilla-project It's free. Follow the tutorial as below to set up the FTP client server.
1st Step: Open FileZilla and follow the instructions in red colour given in the following graphic.
2nd Step: small window will pop-up
3rd Step: fill the FTP details and connect
4th Step: Drag & drop files in the window shown in the following graphic.
